If you are shipping within the continental US and require a return label send us a request to returns@thebulldogfactory.com and we will gladly send it to you. There are no extra charges to use this service, if you choose this option the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Should you decide to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

– We can exchange any merchandise in its original condition with a copy of your original invoice. You have to list the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

• The Bulldog Factory will refund the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment, within 30 days of purchase and if you have the original sales receipt. All purchased made with a gift card, will be issued store credit for the returned amount in the form of an electronic gift card.

• All returns without the original receipt or a gift receipt done within 30 days of purchase will be issued merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the lowest price at which the merchandise has ever sold. We require a form of identification (e.g., a driver’s license, school identification) for any merchandise return without a sales receipt. This is used a control mechanism to monitor and limit the number of returns without the original receipts. We maintain the right to refuse returns from customers who exceed a specified number of returns without the original receipt. If you do not allow us to use your driver’s license or other acceptable identification for return purposes, we may refuse your return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

• All sales of Gift Cards are final and will not be refunded. Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

• Returns of merchandise purchased during promotional offer periods will be credited to the purchaser according to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer period in effect at the time of purchase.

• Puerto Rico Only: Publishing false advertisements are illegal. To participate in said practice will result in a penalty up to $10,000. The consumer may file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Act Number 5 of April 23, 1973 as amended.

• Return / Exchange Time Frame: Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.

• Return Tracking: returns take 7-10 days to reach our distribution center. Upon receipt, allow up to two weeks for the payment to appear on your payment card statement.
