We believe making the shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible, as such you have the following options to make and/or change your orders.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes or cancellations to your order, send us an email to email@example.com; please include your order number and requirements (changes or cancellation). If your order has already been processed, you will only be able to request a refund or exchange of the merchandise. Please see the terms of our return and exchange policy.
- Price Adjustments: For orders shipped to the US and Canada, we are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within fourteen (14) days from the date that you submit your order. We offer price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the original price. Each item that you purchase from us is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and details of the merchandise that is eligible for the price adjustment.
- Order Confirmation: When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. Please send us an email to email@example.com before placing another order for the same merchandise.
- Payment Types: You may pay for your order using either a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, a charge card issued by American Express or using a Gift Card, E-Gift Card, Merchandise Credit or PayPal Account.
- Merchandise On Back Order: Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. Any items that are in stock will ship at the time the order is processed. Any merchandise on backorder will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no additional shipping & handling charge when it becomes available. You will not be charged for any merchandise on backorder until it ships.

- Combining Orders: If you decide to combine different order to be shipped to the same destination please , send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org; including your order numbers you want to combine and confirm the combined shipping address.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where the merchandise is being shipped. All international orders are excused from US sales tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs.
- International Duties & Taxes: Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to some import restrictions, certain items may need to be removed during checkout. If your order contains these products, you will be notified at that time.
